The location of the annual production of 300000 tons/year industrial white oil and 1 million tons/year road asphalt project of Xinjiang Chaoyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Ershilidian Town, 9km southeast of Hutubi County, within the Petrochemical Industrial Park. This project belongs to the petrochemical industry and adopts a complete set of technology for the treatment and processing of heavy raw material oil. The total investment of the project is 489.7 million yuan, and the planned production lines include a raw material oil pretreatment unit of 1.8 million tons/a, a natural gas hydrogen production unit of 30000 Nm3/h, and a high-pressure hydrogenation unit of 300000 tons/a. After completion, the annual production of road asphalt will be 1 million tons/a, industrial white oil will be 300000 tons/a, rubber filling oil will be 384000 tons/a, and solvent oil will be 115000 tons/a.
In this project, real-time monitoring of material level changes in white oil and asphalt storage tanks is applied. Provided more convenient services for intelligent production.
